Why dental, and why this way.
I've spent the last eight years running brand, marketing and growth for consumer and healthcare companies across Asia, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and a handful of other markets. I've launched products, built brand systems from scratch, run advertising campaigns, managed content teams, and learned the hard way what works and what doesn't.
Two patterns showed up everywhere I worked. One: the businesses that win long-term don't chase tactics. They build a reputation worth defending. Two: the agencies they hire usually don't understand that.
When I started looking at dental specifically, it clicked. This is the rare industry where reputation isn't a marketing metric. It's the entire business. Patients aren't comparing prices on Google. They're asking a friend, reading reviews, looking at the doctor's face, deciding in 30 seconds whether to trust them with their mouth.
And almost no one is building for that. The agencies serving dental clinics are mostly running paid ads, scraping reviews, generating template websites that all look the same. Nobody is doing the slow, careful work of building a clinic brand the way you'd build a hotel brand or a private clinic brand in any other industry.
That's the gap Elevate Dental fills. Brand, content, conversion and operations, all done with one industry in mind. Built by someone who understands that a doctor's license is more important than a quarterly traffic chart.
